Savannah Nordstrom
Director of Farm Operations, Bonton Farms

Savannah Nordstrom is a purpose-driven agricultural and nonprofit leader whose work lives at the intersection of community, conservation, and economic empowerment. As Director of Farm Operations at Bonton Farms, she helps transform neighborhood-rooted initiatives into thriving, sustainable models of food access and social innovation in South Dallas.

Raised in Georgia, Savannah grew up surrounded by the landscapes and values that continue to shape her work today—connection to the land, care for people, and the belief that food can build community. A devoted follower of Jesus and advocate for community health, Savannah’s faith inspires her to care deeply for people, steward the land with intention, and believe in the power of “breaking bread” to bring people together.

Savannah earned her degree in Environmental Science from Georgia State University, where she focused on sustainable systems and the social and ecological dimensions of food production. That foundation now guides her holistic approach at Bonton Farms: cultivating not only healthy soil, but healthy lives and opportunities for all of South Dallas.

With nearly a decade of experience leading mission-aligned organizations, Savannah brings a people-centered approach to operations, team development, and strategy. Her background spans sustainable agriculture, small business development, and community education—fields she integrates to ensure Bonton’s farms thrive as both productive agricultural spaces and powerful vehicles for equity and empowerment.

At Bonton Farms, Savannah oversees regenerative and transformative farm operations, from crop planning and production to infrastructure, distribution, and training. She partners with the Bonton community and team members to design systems that reflect the resilience, creativity, and potential of South Dallas. Guided by her faith and commitment to environmental stewardship, she sees the farm as a living bridge—connecting tradition and innovation, people and place, nourishment and opportunity.

Savannah’s leadership is grounded in equity, sustainability, and collaboration. Through her work, she continues to help Bonton Farms grow connection, dignity, and lasting change in South Dallas.
