Bonton Fall Expo 2025: A Day of Impact and Connection

The 2025 Bonton Fall Expo was a powerful day of community impact and connection, bringing together neighbors, partners, and supporters to celebrate growth and resilience in the heart of South Dallas. Hosted at the Bonton Wellness Center, the event highlighted the collective effort to build a healthier, stronger Bonton for all.

Our Fall Expo focused on the essentials of T.E.A.C.H.E.S., Transportation, Education, Access to Financial Tools, Community, Health & Wellness, Economic Stability, and Safe & Affordable Housing, vital areas that drive lasting change in our neighborhood. Through these pillars, we continue to empower families, strengthen local infrastructure, and create opportunities for sustainable development.

Celebrating Community Creativity:
Bonton Farms’ Bexar Street Mural

Thanks to a group of amazing South Dallas teenagers, artist extraordinaire Lakeem Wilson, and the Sight and Sound Program, a brand-new community mural now brings even more color, hope, and inspiration to our space.

Bonton Farms was honored to sponsor this 4-week summer youth program, which gave local teens the opportunity to express their creativity, develop new skills, and make a lasting impact in our neighborhood. This project perfectly reflects what we believe in — growth, empowerment, and the power of community.

At Bonton Farms, we believe that when communities come together, incredible things happen, and our partnership with Broadway Dallas is a shining example of that magic.

From the stage to the soil, Broadway Dallas has brought their heart, talent, and generosity to our community in meaningful ways. Through this partnership, Bonton neighbors have the opportunity to attend off-Broadway shows, expanding horizons and experiencing the transformative power of the arts. In return, the cast and crew bring that same creative spirit to our fields, volunteering their extra time, energy, and joy right here at the farm.

Monthly All Staff Meeting Breakfast

Every month, our staff gathers to share a meal, celebrate milestones, and strengthen relationships. These gatherings highlight our shared values and recognize accomplishments through Employee of the Month and Culture Champion awards. To give our restaurant team a break, we invite outside groups to partner with us by sponsoring a meal—extending the spirit of community even further.
