Doug Buncher has over 30 years of experience handling complex business and bankruptcy related litigation matters for businesses and individuals, both on the plaintiff and defense side of litigation, and on the debtor and creditor side of bankruptcy matters.  In addition to guiding companies through complex litigation, Mr. Buncher has substantial experience helping companies in a wide variety of industries reorganize and restructure their businesses and debts through Chapter 11 bankruptcy, including small business reorganization cases under Subchapter V of the Bankruptcy Code, as well as out of court restructurings and workouts.
