DARON BABCOCK

Daron Babcock is a nationally recognized social innovator and transformative leader whose 25-year career spans business, philanthropy, and community development. As Managing Director of Place-Based Initiatives at Stand Together Foundation, he leads Radius, a national effort to remove systemic barriers in areas of concentrated poverty and foster the conditions for human flourishing. Before Stand Together, Daron founded Bonton Farms in Dallas, one of America’s most celebrated urban farm and neighborhood revitalization models.

Under his leadership, it launched multiple social enterprises, created dozens of living-wage jobs, and inspired a national movement around holistic community transformation. Daron’s work—recognized by the United Nations, the George W. Bush Institute, and D CEO’s Dallas 500—embodies a market-driven, relationship-centered approach to change. He continues to advise national leaders and philanthropists on ecosystem design and bottom-up empowerment that unlocks human potential.
